For us, this is both heartening and challenging. While the growing and overwhelming response is a proof of our dedication, the challenge is to provide better facilities and infrastructure for every child.This has led to expansion plans and towards this we have directed all our efforts.

At Meridian, our endeavour is to constantly upgrade our course structure and to keep our faculty attuned to the latest developments in the industry, so that they offer the students contemporary education that provides a platform to face any competition in life with ease and confidence.

My career took flight with teaching Mathematics and Statistics for graduate and postgraduate students. Next stop in my career was a software programmer/lead at various well reputed companies like Wells Fargo and a few others in the United states for a long 11 years, only to return to fulfil my passion - Education. My interest in Education started when I was on my first job as a teacher, interest turned into passion and that took shape of Meridian school Uppal.

Our Managing Director Mr Krishna Chaithanya Sadhu is A "Tech Tinkerer" who is composed and balanced personality . He worked in the United States with the same company for more than a decade. He was always passionate about education and had a strong calling to help and groom the students of his hometown which later turned into a higher purpose for him to move back to India. His strong passion for this field and the inner desire to empower to excel in the field of education made him leave his high-profile job and come back to his roots. His amiable nature makes him a role model for the children of tomorrow.

Education should not confine students to the mere acquisition of knowledge; it should nurture human beings who are grounded in ethics and values, with the wisdom to understand how and when to act.

My passion for transforming mindsets, systems, and practices within educational institutions, supported by more than 20 years of national and international experience, has been the driving force behind my commitment to developing effective, resilient, and future-ready students.

I am deeply honoured to contribute to the vision and mission of Meridian Schools by strengthening its pillars of Academic Excellence and Holistic Development. I believe this can be achieved by fostering creativity, nurturing curiosity, encouraging independent thinking, and cultivating strong ethical and moral values.
